Suzanne Moore

Driving around Charlotte Motor Speedway at 170 MPH, beating the other drivers, was how Suzanne made her entrée into sports marketing.  In this, like everything, her highly competitive nature came out. She never likes losing to her competition. Suzanne is in marketing for one reason: Drive. She excels at driving the bottom line, driving impressions, driving business and driving possibilities.

To succeed in sports takes teamwork and performance, just like it does in business. Suzanne has a 20+ year proven track record with global Fortune 50 companies. She has successfully created value and solutions for small business, federal and state, wholesale, and Fortune 100 customers. Her laser focus on the competition has helped her execute competitive take-away programs that exceeded expectations.

Suzanne led a multi-channel transformation project for 2,000 sales reps. By utilizing segmentation, targeting and positioning, the initiative was able to refocus company resources and increase both strategic sales and revenue.

She has experience in customer event design and execution; leading organizations that developed and ran webinars, seminars, customer forums, advisory boards, and customer events.  Suzanne understands how to increase a company’s share of the entertainment (and time) budget of its audience. Additionally, she adds value by expanding the experience before and after the event.

Suzanne is passionate about setting metrics, ensuring that performance indicators are monitored and delivering results with integrity. She firmly believes you need to inspect what you expect.

In addition to her marketing skills, Suzanne has great insight into merger integration planning. She played a key role on the branding team when MCI was purchased by Worldcom and led the segmentation team during the Worldcom/Verizon merger. Additionally, her crisis management skills were honed as Worldcom declared the largest bankruptcy in history. She participated in the NASDAQ relisting of MCI and is proud to have contributed to the largest turnaround story in corporate history.

Suzanne holds a BA in economics from Duke University. Although she grew up in Connecticut, by good fortune she considers herself a Southerner. Suzanne lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.
